About the Creator

Quality Discovery was created by Hadiya Nuriddin, MEd, MA, CPTD, CPTM, CQIA, an award-winning talent development professional, author, and owner of Duets Learning.

Hadiya’s work focuses on helping learning and development organizations take a more systematic approach to quality. She is the author of Quality Management in Learning and Development, a practical guide to defining quality and building quality management systems specifically for L&D.

Quality Discovery was created to help L&D teams take an important first step in that work: understanding their current state before deciding what to build or change. The tool helps teams gather perspectives and evidence, identify meaningful patterns, and use what they learn to begin more informed conversations about quality.

The approach reflects a central principle of Hadiya’s work: quality should be intentionally built into how learning is planned, designed, developed, and reviewed—not simply checked at the end.
