How we handle your information

You can use the whole workbook without giving us anything. Until you create an account, everything you write stays in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive it, and it disappears if you clear your browser or use the reset button on the welcome page.

Creating an account saves your writing so you can pick it up on another device. What we keep is limited to:

• Your email address, used to sign you in and to send a password reset link.
• The date you created your account, and the date you last saved work.
• The content of your discovery: why you are doing it, what you plan to examine, who you plan to involve, how you plan to learn, the findings you record, the patterns and priorities you note, and your report text.

We never see your password. It is stored only as an encrypted value we cannot read or recover. There is no marketing list and no marketing opt-in.

There is one private admin view, available only to the site owner's own account. It is used to understand how far people get through the workbook, and it shows:

• Each account's email address.
• The date the account was created and the date it was last active.
• The furthest step reached in the workbook.
• How many plan items, people, findings, patterns and priorities were recorded — counts only.
• Whether the report has been edited.
• The name of each saved workbook, which is a date by default and can be changed by you.

That view shows counts, dates and workbook names, not the words you wrote. Nobody other than the site owner can open it, and passwords are never available to anyone.

Accounts and saved discoveries are held in this site's secure cloud database. Each account can only read and change its own discovery. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

You can clear the browser copy at any time with the reset button on the welcome page. If you want your account and everything saved with it deleted, email hadiya@duetslearning.com and we will remove it.
